We’re here for you
Tell us and we’ll remember
If you are
experiencing a situation that’s affecting the way you manage money due to a vulnerability,
we may be able to help. You only need to tell us ‘Once’ and then we’ll add a note to your
account, so you won’t have to tell us again.
When we record information about you, we will only do so with your consent, we will tell you how we intend to use the information. Remember you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Ways we can help
We want to make banking
accessible and so there are many ways we can help you with that. If you need us to adapt the
way we communicate then there are ways we can do this. We can help by changing the font size
in our emails and letters. Ask us for alternative formats and other features if you’re blind
or partially sighted. If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment, we can
help making banking easier.
Let us know about your individual needs and we can tailor our services to better support you.
Finances can be a struggle
If money is a
bit of a struggle for you at the moment, you’re not alone. The last couple of years have
been difficult for a lot of people and the cost-of-living increases have contributed to
that.
We understand that talking about your finances is not easy, but we’re here to help. If you’ve missed a payment, or you think you might, we can help. Just get in touch with us and we will do what we can to help you.
If your circumstances currently relate to any of the above, then
you can tell us by:
• calling us on 0207 3985400
• or writing to Sterringsafe
Trust Limited, Faith House, 23-24 Lovat Lane, London, EC3R 8EB,
• or emailing our
customer experience team at [email protected]
• or sending us
a digital banking message.
